IBM PureFlex Power Systems remote console not working with serial-over-LAN enabled
During our Lab workout today, we encountered a unique situation where the remote KVM would not function correctly on the Pure Flex Power Series P260 or P460 blades. Upon further digging, we found that for Power blades, the serial-over-LAN configuration must be disabled for the remote KVM to work.
Go to
Chassis Management > Compute Nodes > Node General Tab > Uncheck “Enable Serial Over LAN”
